OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1):The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to struck-by and caught-between hazards while moving crates of stone slabs.  Location:  Yard  On July 15, 2022, a worker suffered injuries to his chest and abdomen when he was caught-between two crates of granite slabs while placing one of the crates against the others in a storage area in the yard.  The worker was standing in front of the crate of slabs to remove the nylon strapping and to direct the forklift operator to place the slabs.  When the forklift stopped, the crate tipped forward, pinning the worker to the crate of slabs behind him.
