29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2):The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person. On or about July 15, 2022 and at times prior thereto, the employer did not perform inspections of the jobsite while workers were installing shingles on a commercial roof at heights above 30 feet, exposing workers to hazards such as but not limited to fall and struck by.
