On or about July 19, 2022 and time prior, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of 11- feet, 10-inches to the lower ground level, in that a fall protection system was not provided to employees.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1):Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed. a) At 1366 Malabar Rd, Palm Bay, FL 32907: Front side of structure: On or about July 19, 2022 , the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 11-feet and 10-inches to the lower ground level, in that a ladder with extended side rails at least 3-feet past the roof eave was not provided to employees accessing the roof and ground levels.
