29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(iii)(B): Additional retraining was not provided whenever a periodic inspection under 29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6) or whenever the employer has reason to believe, that there were deviations from or inadequacies in the employee's knowledge or use of the energy control procedures: a) On or about July 14, 2022, employees were not provided retraining on additional steps and procedures to be taken when performing jam clearing activities on the Vision Pack Machine. The procedures in place at that time did not include methods to handle a jam in the film when rolls are being changed.
