29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):"Residential construction." Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system unless another provision in paragraph (b) of this section provides for an alternative fall protection measure. On or about July 20, 2022, at the construction site located at N79W17858 Tamarack Spring Circle #7, Menomonee Falls, WI 53081. Employees were performing framing work on the roof of a two story four unit apartment building without fall protection. Exposing employees to a 9 foot fall hazard. The Steve Wagner Construction, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (name previously cited standard), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1487352, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 10-28-2020, with respect to a workplace located at 150 Heritage Lane, Oshkosh, WI 54904.
