(a) On or about July 20, 2022, at the construction site located at N79W17858 Tamarack Spring Circle #7, Menomonee Falls, WI 53081. Employee were operating a JCB T4i 510-56 without power industrial vehicle training.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):"Residential construction." Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system unless another provision in paragraph (b) of this section provides for an alternative fall protection measure. (a) On or about July 20, 2022, at the construction site located at N79W17858 Tamarack Spring Circle #7, Menomonee Falls, WI 53081. Employees were performing framing work on the roof of a two story, four unit apartment building without fall protection. Exposing employees to a nine- foot fall hazard.
