29 CFR 1926.502(d)(15):Anchorages used for attachment of personal fall arrest equipment were not independent of any anchorage being used to support or suspend platforms and /or were not capable of supporting at least 5,000 pounds (22.2 kN) per employee attached: 48 Main St., Southborough, MA: On or about July 20, 2022, an employee was observed engaged in roofing activities on a steep slope roof (slope<10 pitch) with unprotected sides and edges greater than 15 feet to the next lower level and was using an anchorage point (aerial lift) which was not capable of supporting at least 5,000 pounds (22.2 kN) per employee attached. Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29CFR1903.19(d)(1).
