BLACKHAWK ROOFING, LLC WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION 1462544, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 1b AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON NOVEMBER 5, 2020, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 1712 S WHITTIER, SPRINGFIELD, ILLINOIS 62704.
