Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system: a) On or about July 18, 2022, employees were exposed to the hazard of falling approximately 30 feet from an upper roof deck to the ground while performing roofing work without fall protection. b) On or about July 18, 2022, employees were exposed to the hazard of falling approximately 17 feet from an upper roof deck to a lower roof deck while performing roofing work without fall protection. No abatement certification or documentation required for this violation.
