Located at 7381 McQueen Dr. N.W., Pickerington, Ohio: On or about July 20, 2022, employees were framing near the edge of the second story without fall protection, thereby exposing employees to a fall hazard from nineteen feet. Manuel Cruz was previously cited for a Serious violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1379455, citation number 1, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on April 4, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at Building 12 Leesland Drive, Westerville, Ohio, 43081.
