29 CFR 1926.1101(d)(5): As supervisor of the entire project, the general contractor did not ascertain whether the asbestos contractor was in compliance with the asbestos standard, and did not require such contractor to come into compliance with this standard: a) Kenmore West High School, 33 Highland Parkway, Buffalo, NY, rooms 321, 322, 323, 324, 325, 326, 327, 327A, 327B, 328, and 329 - On or about June 28, 2022 through July 1, 2022 and July 5, 2022 - the employer as supervisor of the entire project, the general contractor did not ascertain whether the asbestos contractor, including John W. Danforth Company, was in compliance with the asbestos standard, and did not require such contractor to come into compliance with this standard. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
