This condition was observed on or about July 19, 2022.  The Agnes Carpentry, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard CFR 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1321211, citation number 01, item number 002 and was affirmed as a final order on August 30, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 1300 Betty Lane, Ewing, NJ 08628.  The Agnes Carpentry, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard CFR 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1298218, citation number 01, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on June 15, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 1400 Betty Lane, Ewing, NJ 08628.  The Agnes Carpentry, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard CFR 1926.501(b)(13) , which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1297753, citation number 01, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on June 15, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 6504 Pleasure Ave, Sea Isle City, NJ 08243.
