29 CFR 1926.95(a):Protective equipment, including personal protective equipment for eyes, face, head, and extremities, protective clothing, respiratory devices, and protective shields and barriers, were not provided: On or about 7/21/2022 employees at the Somer's Elementary School paving project were exposed to lower extremity burns while engaged in paving operations. Employees were not provided adequate leg protection from contact to hot asphalt.
