29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a) PCL Construction Enterprises, Inc., as a controlling employer, failed to ensure that employees of Edge Construction Specialties, Inc. were protected from fall hazards. This violation was observed on July 21, 2022, at 10125 E. 25th Ave in Aurora, CO, when workers were exposed to falls of 12 feet when installing cedar siding around framing columns on a second-story deck without fall protection.
