29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s): On or about July 20, 2022, employees were in engaged in meat cutting operations while using the Hobart Industrial Saw (Model: 6801; Serial: 31-1442-956), without using the meat pusher plate. Brookshire Grocery Company was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii), which as contained in OSHA inspection number 1521401, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order date on September 17, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 809 Gilmer Road, Sulphur Springs, TX 75482.
