29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A):Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure: (a) ROOM 1807-01: Two 15 Amp relocatable power taps and a flexible extension cord with three receptacles, were used to provide additional outlets to the workstation instead of adding fixed wired receptacles, exposing employees to shock and fire hazards.
