NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.

29 CFR 1926.451(f)(4): Part(s) of a scaffold that were damaged or weakened, such that the scaffold's strength was less than that required by paragraph (a) of this section, were not immediately repaired, replaced, braced to meet those provisions, nor removed from service until repaired: a- Building 4, 401 - 412, Mount Holly NJ: On or about 07/21/22, three company workers employees were exposed to fall hazards up to and in excess of 13 feet 3 inches to the ground surface below when working and walking from a three buck high supported scaffold system containing visibly bent cross braces.
