At the facility, at 153 Plainfield St MA .Springfield, MA on July 22, 2022, the employer had a number of Safety Data Sheets in a binder readily accessible to all employees, however, did not compile a list of the hazardous chemicals known to be present using a product identifier that was referenced on the appropriate safety data sheet. Hazardous chemicals included but were not limited to Wisdom TC insecticide and Sure Power selective herbicide.
