This was most recently observed on July 20, 2022 at 7113 Valley Rd, La Vista, Nebraska when four workers were installing roofing materials to a residential structure that had an eave height of 10 feet above the ground, and the workers were not using fall protection.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(6):Unsecured ladder(s) were used on surfaces that were not stable and level: The employer is failing to protect employees from fall hazards while using ladders during roofing activities. This was most recently observed on July, 20, 2022 at 7113 Valley Rd, La Vista, Nebraska when employees were using a ladder that was positioned on the slope of the first story roof against a bundle of roofing materials. The eave height was 10 feet above the ground. The ladder was not secured and its base was not stable and level.
