29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: The employer is failing to protect employees from fall hazards while working from height during residential roofing operations. This was most recently observed on July 21, 2022 at 3505 S 52nd St, Omaha, NE, Nebraska when four workers were installing roofing materials to a residential structure that had an eave height of 10 feet above the ground, and the workers were not using fall protection.
