Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.   a) Jobsite: 2738 Federal St., Philadelphia, PA 19146 - On or about June 28, 2022, the employer did not ensure that employees conducting framing operations on the 5th level of the residential construction building, approximately 60 feet above the ground level, were protected from fall hazards by the use of a fall protection system
