29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1):Portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9m) above the upper landing surface to which the ladder was used to gain access. a) 2 Wicks Lane, Billings, MT 59105: On or about July 25, 2022 and at times prior, employees were exposed to fall hazards while using a Werner extension ladder to gain access to the upper landing with the side rails of the ladder extending 1 foot over the eve of the roof.
