29 CFR 1910.28(b)(1)(i): The employer did not ensure that each employee on a walking-working surface with an unprotected side or edge that is 4 feet or more above a lower level is protected from falling by one or more of the systems described in 29 CFR 1910.28(b)(1)(i). a) Jobsite: 1028 Saunders Lane, West Chester PA - On or about July 18, 2022, the employer failed to protect an employee from fall hazards when they worked from the open pallets secured to the platforms and forks of the Order Pickers, such as Raymond Order Picker Lift Truck Model OPR-OPG30TT, at heights greater than 4 feet above the ground level.
