29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: a) At Walmart Distribution Center 6010, located at 1401 West Baker Highway, Douglas, GA 31533, on or about July 25, 2022, and at times prior to, the employer exposed employees to caught in hazards, in that the lockout/tagout procedures did not include de-energization of all sources of hazardous energy in the area where work was performed.
