The employees were not utilizing any means of fall protection.  b)  Worksite - on or about July 26, 2022, Employees were performing carpentry tasks on an elevated surface at a height of approximately 12' above grade.  Employees were not utilizing any means of fall protection.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(4)(i):Each employee on walking/working surfaces was not protected from falling through holes (including skylights) more than 6 feet (1.8 m) above lower levels, by personal fall arrest systems, covers, or guardrail systems erected around.  a) Worksite - On or about July 26, 2022, employees were performing carpentry tasks on an elevated deck.  The floor of the deck was partially removed, exposing six floor joists spaced at 16" on center.  The six unguarded openings measured approximately 14" wide x 12' long and were approximately 11' 3" above grade.  The employees were not utilizing any means of fall protection.
