29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1):Each employee on a walking/working surface having an unprotected side or edge which was six or more feet (1.8m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest system. a) Worksite - On or about July 26, 2022 Employees were performing work tasks on a construction site. The employees were preparing to install wood trusses while standing on structural steel beams at a height of approximately 10'. The employees were not utilizing any means of fall protection. b) Worksite - on or about July 26, 2022, Employees were performing carpentry tasks on an elevated surface at a height of approximately 12' above grade. Employees were not utilizing any means of fall protection.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(4)(i):Each employee on walking/working surfaces was not protected from falling through holes (including skylights) more than 6 feet (1.8 m) above lower levels, by personal fall arrest systems, covers, or guardrail systems erected around. a) Worksite - On or about July 26, 2022, employees were performing carpentry tasks on an elevated deck. The floor of the deck was partially removed, exposing six floor joists spaced at 16" on center. The six unguarded openings measured approximately 14" wide x 12' long and were approximately 11' 3" above grade. The employees were not utilizing any means of fall protection.
