Materials or equipment were placed, either permanently or temporarily, within the exit route: a) 1183 Summit Ave., Jersey City, NJ 07307 1) On or about 07/26/2022, the emergency exit door located on the left side of the backroom when entering was blocked by an A-frame sidewalk board sign. The sign was placed against the emergency exit door. 2) On or about 07/26/2022, the emergency exit door located on the right side of the backroom when entering was blocked by boxes.
