Employees were exposed to chemical hazards. b. Maintenance area: The safety data sheet for Rust-oleum Metallic Paint, 511 Spray on Grout Sealer, and Mapei Type 1 Tile Adhesive and various other paints and fluids were not maintained. Employees were exposed to chemical hazards.
