29 CFR 1926.451(b)(2): Scaffold platforms and walkways were not at least 18 inches wide.    a) Jobsite located at 2201 E. Somerset St, Philadelphia PA 19134: The employer did not ensure that the scaffold was fully planked. Employees were engaged in framing activities while working on a scaffold that consisted of one (1) plank that was not 18" wide thus exposing the employees to trip and fall hazards of up to approximately 7-8 feet above the top of the first floor level and approximately 18 feet above ground level.  Condition was observed on or about July 26, 2022.

Somerset St. Philadelphia PA 19134 (adjacent building): The employer did not ensure that employees engaged in unloading materials from a motorized boom lift through an unprotected window opening on the third story of a residential building utilized any form of fall protections system.
