29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a) On July 27, 2022 and times prior employees performing sheathing on a multi-family housing unit with a 5 in 12 pitched roof were exposed to fall hazards of 22 to 23 feet from eave to ground. b) On July 27, 2022 and times prior employees performing sheathing a multi-family housing unit were exposed to a 10- foot fall hazard at the open sided floor around the stairway to the second floor. Note) Certification of corrective action (abatement) is required for this item.
