State College, PA 16803 - on or about July 27, 2022, employees were handling liquid chemicals and pouring chemicals to include acetone, heptane, methanol, and mineral spirits into glass bottles without wearing splash resistant protective eyewear.     Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
