29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   (a)Marco Erazo at 4904 South Grinnell Avenue, Sioux Falls, SD 57106:  On or about and at times prior to July 27, 2022 the exposing employer did not ensure that employees were protected from falls while conducting roofing operations on a residential property.  This condition exposed employees to fall hazards greater than six feet.
