29 CFR  1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets:  a) On or about July 27, 2022; Ground Level/North Side: An employee working at the the ground level approximately 25-feet below thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO) installation was exposed to falling objects including, but not limited to, roof membrane materials and heat welding hand tools while not wearing a hard hat.  In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet), in addition, documentation demonstrating the abatement is complete must be included with your certification.  This documentation may include, but is not limited to evidence of the purchase or repair of the equipment, photographic or video evidence of abatement, or other written records.
