29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2):The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person: (a)Sales Quality Construction, LLC at 4904 South Grinnell Avenue, Sioux Falls, SD 57106: On or about and at times prior to July 27, 2022 the controlling employer did not ensure that frequent and regular inspections were conducted of the jobsites by a competent person. This condition exposed subcontracted employees to hazards while working on site.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a)Sales Quality Construction, LLC at 4904 South Grinnell Avenue, Sioux Falls, SD 57106: On or about and at times prior to July 27, 2022 the controlling employer did not ensure that subcontracted employees were protected from falls while conducting roofing operations on a residential property. This condition exposed subcontracted employees to fall hazards greater than six feet.
