This condition exposed employees to fall and struck-by hazards.

29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles:  (a)Hawk S& CHB Construction, LLC dba The Hullz CSH Construction, LLC at 4909 South Grinnell Avenue, Sioux Falls, SD 57106:  On or about and at times prior to July 27, 2022 the exposing employer did not ensure that employees were utilizing eye protection while conducting roofing operations and utilizing pneumatic air nail guns.  This condition exposed employees to struck-by hazards associated with flying particles.

This condition exposed employees to fall hazards greater than six feet.
