Location: 754 Grand Street, Brooklyn, NY 11211 On or about 7/13/2022, a) At the west wall of a hallway on the ground floor, 110-volt live conductors protruding from junction boxes were not guarded from accidental contact by employees. b) At the east wall of a hallway on the ground floor, 110-volt live empty lightbulb sockets of the temporary lighting system were not guarded from accidental contact by employees. c) A breaker panel in the basement was missing the dead front cover. Live electrical parts of 110-volt were not guarded from accidental contact by employees.
