29 CFR 1926.1052(b)(2):Foot traffic was not prohibited on skeleton metal stairs where permanent treads and/or landings were to be installed at a later date and the stairs were not fitted with secured temporary treads and/or landings long enough to cover the entire tread or landing area. Location: 754 Grand St. Brooklyn, NY. On or about 7/27/2022 a) Employees used a stairway where the top 6 steps were not fitted with treads to cover the openings of the steps.
