29 CFR  1904.8(a) as required under 1960.66(b):  All work-related needlestick injuries and cuts from sharp objects that were contaminated with another person's blood or other potentially infectious material were not recorded on the OSHA 300 Log as an injury.   a)	DAVIS MONTHAN AIR FORCE BASE: On May 25, 2022 and at times prior to, employees who experienced a work-related exposure to blood and other potentially infectious material were not included on the employers 300 log.

29 CFR  1904.10(a) as required under 1960.66(b): The employer did not record all cases on the OSHA 300 Log when an employee's hearing test (audiogram) revealed that the employee had experienced a work-related Standard Threshold Shift (STS) in hearing in one or both ears.  a)	DAVIS MONTHAN AIR FORCE BASE: On June 15, 2022 and at times prior to, employees who experienced a work-related Standard Threshold Shift (STS) were not included on the employers 300 log.
