29 CFR 1926.251(b)(1):Alloy steel sling(s) did not have permanently affixed durable identification stating size, grade, rated capacity, and manufacturer: a) 124 Phyllis Drive Croydon, PA- On or about July 28, 2022, and times prior to, an alloy steel chain utilized to transport bundles of rebar via a telehandler forklift lacked permanently affixed identification of size, grade, rated capacity, and manufacturer, exposing employees to struck-by or crush-by hazards.
