Employees and subcontractor employees walked and worked atop the floor joists of a building under construction while not wearing fall protection and before the floor was decked. Abatement Note: Abatement certification is required for this item.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(13): The top or top step of a stepladder was used as a step: (a) Ultimate Heritage Builders, LLC at320 E 7th S Loraine ST Rexburg, ID 83440: On or before 7/27/22 the creating, correcting, exposing, and controlling employer did not ensure that employees and subcontractor employees used ladders in accordance with this standard. The top step and top of a step ladder was used to access the second floor. This condition exposed employees and subcontractor employees to fall hazards. Abatement Note: Abatement certification is required for this item.
