29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   (a)  Kique Construction LLC at320 E 7th S Loraine ST Rexburg, ID 83440: On or before 7/27/22 the  exposing employer did not ensure that employees were protected by fall hazards. Employees walked and worked atop the floor joists of a building under construction while not wearing fall protection and before the floor was decked.   Abatement Note: Abatement certification is required for this item.

29 CFR  1926.1053(b)(13): The top or top step of a stepladder was used as a step:  (a)  Kique Construction LLC at320 E 7th S Loraine ST Rexburg, ID 83440: On or before 7/27/22 the  exposing employer did not ensure that employees  used ladders in accordance with this standard. The top step and top of a step ladder was used to access the second floor. This condition exposed employees to fall hazards.  Abatement Note: Abatement certification is required for this item.
