29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a) On or before 7/27/22 the employer did not protect employees from injury in that faming employees were working and walking atop the top plate of the first floor of a single family home under construction. This condition exposed employees to a fall hazard over 11 feet. Abatement Note: Abatement certification is required for this item. See enclosed "Certification of Corrective Actions Worksheet."
