29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a) On or before7/27/22 the employer did not ensure that employees were protected from fall hazards while engaged in tear off activities. Employees were not wearing fall protection while working on the 7/12 slope roof of a single family home. This condition exposed employees to a fall hazard greater than 11 feet. Abatement Note: Abatement certification is required.
