29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) Eric Rew's DBA Rew's Roofing & Siding. On or about July 28, 2022, at the address of 10105 Woodmont Way. Perrysburg, OH 43551: The employer did not ensure employees were protected from falls while performing roofing activities atop a two-story residential structure with an 8-12 roof pitch. Employees operating in this conditions were exposed to falls of 21ft. to the ground below.
