29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): ( a) On or July 28, 2022 at the construction site located at 1132 Oriole Drive, Oconomowoc, WI, employees were performing roofing work on a roof of a one story residential home with a pitch of approximately 6 in 12 and up to approximately 9 feet in height with no fall protection, thereby exposing the employees to a fall hazard. Ignacio Correa was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (name previously cited standard), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1438496, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on January 9, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at 132 Grady Dr., Bolingbrook, IL 60440.
