Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system unless another provision in paragraph (b) of this section provides for an alternative fall protection measure.  (a) On or about July 28, 2022 at 1361 Bluebird Drive, Oconomowoc, WI 53066, employees were performing roofing work on the roof of a residential home without fall protection. Thereby, exposing employees to approximately nine-foot fall.   The Nacho Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1525519, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on July 14, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 1855-1857 Cherokee Street in Grafton, Wisconsin.
