29 CFR 1910.176(a): Aisles and passageways shall be kept clear and in good repair, with no obstruction across or in aisles that could create a hazard. a) Front floor aisle adjacent to aisleway to Post Office Boxes; On or about July 28, 2022, and at times prior thereto, the employer exposed employees to trip and egress hazards in that employees were required to walk and work in aisles that had packages placed on the floor or stacked in the aisles partially or fully blocking the aisles. b) Aisleway to employee's restrooms; On or about July 28, 2022, and at times prior thereto, the employer exposed employees to trip and egress hazards in that employees were required to walk and work in aisles that has bins containing numerous packages in the aisles partially or fully blocking the aisles.

29 CFR 1910.176(b): Secure storage. Storage of material shall not create a hazard. Bags, containers, bundles, etc., stored in tiers shall be stacked, blocked, interlocked and limited in height so that they are stable and secure against sliding or collapse. a) Hallway/aisleway behind customer service desk; On or about July 28, 2022, and at times prior thereto, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards in that pre-folded and empty Priority Shipping cardboard boxes, which were either loose or shrink-wrapped in smaller bundles, were not stable nor orderly stacked, nor limited in height and consisted of stacks piled upward to a height of 6 feet. b) Aisleway adjacent to area in front of Men's/Ladies restrooms; On or about July 28, 2022, and at times prior thereto, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards in that multiple stacks of packages were not stable nor orderly stacked, nor limited in height and consisted of stacks well above 6 - 6.5 feet in height.
