Each employee on a walking/working surface (horizontal and vertical surface) with an unprotected side or edge which is 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level shall be protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. a) On or about 07/28/2022 at assisted living construction site location 3441 West 1st St. Sanford, FL 32771, 3 employees were exposed to fall hazards when observed at heights greater than 20 feet working at the edge of the building without using fall protection (guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems).
