29 CFR  1926.454(a): The employer did not have each employee who performed work while on a scaffold trained by a person qualified in the subject matter to recognize the hazards associated with the type of scaffold being used and to understand the procedures to control or minimize those hazards:  (a) Worksite:  On or about 7/29/2022, an untrained employee was exposed to fall hazards while working from a pump jack scaffold without fall protection and bottom pole bracing, and while working on top of the workbench section.  Gamez Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, 29 CFR 1910.454(a), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1442890, citation number 1, item number 1b, and was affirmed as a final order on 02-18-2020, with respect to a worksite located at 556 Atwells Avenue, Providence, RI. 02909.
