29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1):Employees were not provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations present potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents:  The employer is failing to protect employees from eye/face hazards. This was most recently documented on or about July 28, 2022 at a residential site 7529 Hascall Street, Omaha, Nebraska. Employees were exposed to flying particle hazards while using a pneumatic nail gun without eye protection.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):"Residential construction." Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system unless another provision in paragraph (b) of this section provides for an alternative fall protection measure.  The employer is failing to protect employees from fall hazards. This was most recently documented on or about July 28, 2022 at address located at 7529 Hascall St. Omaha, Nebraska where the employer has employees exposed to fall hazards while re-roofing an existing residential home.
