29 CFR 1926.701(b):All protruding reinforcing steel, onto and/or into which employees could fall, was not guarded to eliminate the hazard of impalement: a) On or about 7/27/2022, at the pitcher's circle and home plate area of the site, Amherst, NY. Reinforcing steel (rebars), that were used to support 2x6 wood, were not guarded to eliminate the hazard of impalement. Rebars were 5/8-inch round and were between 5-inch to 12-inch in height. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
